Hijabi-version cosplay...what say you?
Assalamu'alaykum and peace to all of you!
Recently in Malaysia and Indonesia, there are some Muslimah cosplayers who wanted to cosplay some of the anime characters that they like, and turned it into a hijabi version of it. I've see Hatsune Miku and Luka Megurine hijabi version so far. Some muslimah always get this "you-ruined-the character-stare" whenever they cosplaying. But I think, that is not the main concern.
In my personal opinion, creativity is important. I just want to hear you opinion about this, and do you dare to cosplay some character and turn it into a hijabi version. If you have your picture to go with it, you're are welcome t
You have been called "ugly."
You have been called "weak."
You have been called a "failure."
You have been called all of these things.
But at least you're not dead yet.
You've still got your life ahead of you.
You've still got all these years to cherish.
You've still got a lot to live for.
You might be on life support...
...but you're not dead yet.
All these years you spent in isolation.
All these years you hide away somewhere dark.
All this time you think about the odds.
But even while that appears to be the case,
You're not dead yet.
You have cancer in your whole body.
You have mesothelioma and bronchitis.
You have six days left to live.
Fight me.
I promise not to fight back.
I promise to smile, I promise to laugh.
I promise to be nice
Even if it's a sacrifice.
I promise to be strong
Even when you treat me wrong.
Because I've learned how to deal with ignorance
Better than you've learned how to use it.
And I promise to smile, and promise to laugh.
Yes, I promise.
I won't (but I will) fight back.
